iVideo provides 3-in-1 SIM cards (Nano, Micro, Standard) that fit most mobile devices.

Q3: How can I confirm my SIM card plan?

Each SIM card has a label indicating the country and number of days. You can also log in to your purchase history to view details.

Q4: What delivery options are available for iVideo SIM cards?

We offer worldwide delivery to home, office, or hotel (please specify reservation name and date). Pickup is also available at convenience stores in Taiwan and post offices in major airports in Japan.

Q5: Do SIM cards have an expiration date?

Yes, SIM cards have an expiration date. Please activate within the valid period as stated on the product page or card.

Q6: How do I install the iVideo SIM card?

Insert the SIM card into your phone.
Turn on "Mobile Data" and "Data Roaming".
Wait 1-3 minutes for network connection.
If not connected, manually configure the APN as per the instruction manual.

Q7: What should I consider when using a dual SIM phone?

We recommend inserting the iVideo SIM card into SIM slot 1 and setting it as the primary data connection.

Q8: Why can't I access the internet?

Please check the following:
- Mobile Data and Data Roaming are enabled.
- APN settings are correct.
- Airplane Mode is disabled.
Try restarting your phone or changing your location.

Q9: Can I share data using a hotspot?

Some plans support hotspot sharing, but it may depend on your phone model or system version. Please refer to the product page or manual.

Q12: Do I need to return the SIM card after use?

No. iVideo SIM cards are disposable. You may discard them after use.

Q13: Can I get a refund if I haven't used the SIM card?

If the SIM card is unused and within the validity period, you may return it and contact customer service for a refund.

🔹 Top-Up SIM Card

Q10: How do I top up my SIM card?

Log in to the iVideo website, select the appropriate country/region data package, and enter the ICCID on your SIM card to top up. After success, insert the SIM card into your phone and activate as instructed.

Q11: How is the usage period calculated for a top-up SIM card?

Once topped up, the SIM card’s usage period is extended by 170 days. Top-up and activation must be completed within the validity period.

Q12: Does the top-up SIM card have a validity period?

Yes, it is printed on the SIM card. To ensure use, complete top-up and activation within the validity period. If successfully activated, the usage period will be extended to 170 days. If the remaining days are less than 170, it will be extended. If already over 170 days, no extension will occur.

Q13: How do I cancel a purchased top-up data package?

If the package is not activated, provide your account and SIM number to customer service. Note: Unused data packages cannot be canceled or refunded once the card has expired.

Q14: How do I end a top-up package early?

Go to "My Account" → "Package History" → Click [End Early] → Follow the guide to activate the next package.
Reminder: Ending early forfeits remaining data/days. No refund or restoration. Activation follows order sequence and cannot be changed.
